Does the Managers Salary top out a a specfic number based on there ratting? & why do there salary go up every week? If I was to get promoted from my Conference I would have to fire my coach for a new one, due to his wage. This wouldn't happen in the NBA. Win the title & fire the coach? Is there any chance this could or would be changed at a later date?

No, this won't be changed at a later date, since it works as intended.
