i have been playing this game for almost a season and still have many things need to know.

one thing is the training speed

i noticed that a player's evaluation given by bb not only divided according to skill distribution but also according to his age. so how do u think the training speed effected by the age?

i made a simply calculation no considering other difference.

if we assume a 18 ys old player's training speed is 10/week

according to the bb's evaluation division on age, there r 9 lvls by the age.

1,1819 is 10
2,20 is 9
3,2122 is 8
4,2324 is 7
5,2526 6
6.2728 5
7.2930 4
8,3132 3
9.33+ 2

how r u think about the real training speed at different age?

i have some players around 22ys old,if my guess close to the real speed i will train them for a period.

I am confused. What is 10 per week? The multiplier? How did you come by the floor of 2 for 33 year olds?

Training is affected by 3 categories: Age, Trainer level, and Skill distribution, assuming that the player received sufficient playing time at the position being trained and he has not yet received his potential.

In my opinion, it is most efficient to train at 18/19 for newer teams.

10/week is just a reference, used only for compared with the other age player.

as i said:no considering other influence on training speed except age.

i just want to know a relative ratio on training speed at different age.

a rough estimation is ok.

just like i ask how is the diffierence between a 7lvl trainer and a 6 lvl trainer.

from the increasing % on the salary, the 7lvl trainer's salary increasing speed is 2.5%,and the 6lvl trainer is 2.25%.
I guess ,if the 7lvl speed is 10 and the 6lvl is 9, although i know bb-forrest put logarithm to use in many environments.

I don't think anyone really knows the exact figures of how age affects training. Everything is just an estimate formed by options influenced by experiences.

I for one am finding my 18 and 19 year old trainees are getting more pops than my 21 year old both with 48+ mins a week and all 3 around the same level.

But I don't think you can put a number on it :P Only the person/people who wrote the game could tell you an exact number.
