I know it has been said that they calculator with the link posted to it isnt spot on, i was wondering if experience actually plays a part in the salary?

I have players with all sorts of different levels of experience and with the different levels it seems to me the salaries are off a little more or less depending on how experienced the players are.

I have never heard of experience playing a role, but I would guess that it does minimally (as much as Stamina and Free Throws).

Stamina and Free Throws should not effect salary.
