but imagine hiring a foreign staff on your team? unless its a default this guy know english then thats ok

imagine a bangladesh guy going to china ... . . .

Is more efficient hiring a national staff member than a foreign one? If i sign some players of x nationality is better hire a coach from this country too?
How does it affect to fun support?
I think it´s a interesting post about how could staff member work better.
