Does the trainer efficiency in training speed deteriorates with the passage of time?

really I don't see fast pops as before though I am training 18 ylds, so I thought may be the trainer is the problem.

thanks

No, his salary will increase but his skill remains the same.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

What are you training? Your pops might be slowing down because your players skill levels are higher. Either that or you need to buy a higher level trainer....

I bought recently 18 ylds with around level 7-8 skills , my training is two positions C/PF with level 6 trainer. so normally when the training in two positions 18,19 ylds get pops in two weeks, not three weeks as I've seen recently.

What skills are you training them in? Height can play a factor in the speed of pops with some skills, e.g. If you're training them in rebounding and they're only 6'9 - 6'11 they may train slower than previously if you had trainees who we 7'0+

As Buttsy just said, your young guys are all 7'0 and 6'9 so they won't train any inside skills as fast as someone taller.

From BBMark, "We do give taller player bumps in rebounding, and shorter players bumps in handling in terms of how fast they train for example"
