Having just started playing BB in a low Estonian IV division, I want to profit the most of my team and I understand this requires sacrificies.
After scouting my team and the market a bit, I discovered the sad truth - only few of my players bring in more than $ 100-150K when sold.. The league seems quite tough, but I'm ready to buy young (but weaker in skill) trainees instead of oldies and start earning the cash soon by training & selling them. This is good for newbies, right?
For now, I have all 3 staff members at lvl 1. When starting BB, I think it's wise to invest in a better trainer at once. For a newbie, I assume lvl 3-4 perhaps? But do I need to replace other staff members? So far the weekly income seems good, just have to keep an eye on those salaries..
Is TV rights revenue something that comes every week? It'd be nice..
Now it's the time to renew the ticket prices.. I don't know if to lower them or not at the start of my managerial career and what about the stadium expansion?
Finally, I have learned that in this game you need to train 1 position, in my case PFs I think..

My available cash for now is about $ 343K.

btw, how much is wise to invest in draft scouting as a beginner?

I hope I'll get the answers I need, thanks!

In games like HT or SK they suggest to train stamina in the beginning, I wonder if it's useful here too or start training position skills right away?
As there's 2 league games a week, I have crowd income every week (1 home/1 away game)? And how is income divided in scrimmages and cup games?
I thought about lvl 4 trainer myself, but isn't lvl 2 PR manager little low and replacing the lvl 1 doctor doesn't matter at all?

Very good advice from piotras according to me. No stamina isn't of the same value here. It can be trained later, for example in the off-season when there is fewer matches/ minutes. Cup-matches you don't get crowd income but a 50k bonus every time you go throguh. From scrimmages nothing. I would recommend a lvl4 trainer. About doctors and PR-managers I think no-one really is sure, but don't take high level ones right away, they are quite expensive as the staff's salaries rise every week..
