as far as predictions go, i think the rankings are a good indication of favorites. The only exception is Blue and High Tops -- both are very good, but Blue can trot out great big men for the whole game. High Tops' defense is first rate -- will be interested in watching those matches. Finals? The winner of Big 8, but not by much (three close games).

relegation? bye bye and good riddance to Magnums -- Drons Wolf must be confident, they just dumped a player for 2 million.

i feel lucky to be at this level for another year.

Should be a good matchup for the championship. Good luck to the teams involved.

PS DII isn't a friendly place as I have been there twice and got pounded both times.

i simply can not imagine the level of competition, how good the teams must be if High Tops "got pounded" -- the thing is, they are always training too, just like us, so it sort of similar to chasing the sun. i suppose i will be getting to know brazos and central florida and wangsters pretty well, if the attrition rate is only one team advances up each season and four go down. i figure if i win half my games next season that will be successful, and that will only be because i will beat up on the newbies. to reach the level of blue or high tops -- light years away. ah well.

Oh I can just tell you now, my team, and High Tops team, as they sit right now, might be 1/2 the way to being ready for DII. I try to scrimmage current/former DII teams, one that I just scrimmaged last week, "Blue Crazys" is pretty much an all guard team, murdered me. We both played regular starters and back ups in the game (and this team got pounded in DII). A manager I like to scrimmage with is Googily Dolls who are in DII.2, I use their team as a measuring stick to see where I'm at and where I need to go. They seem to be one of the better DII teams along with DC Dribble, FTSP, pretty much all of DII.1, alot of the teams in DII.3 and DII.4 I mean its pretty stiff competition up there.

I've wet my pants already.

III.8 alumni all seem to do pretty well in div II. Ginger Balls, Burntisland Fire, Lilburn Luchadors al won more than 16 games this season. Deicdicals is struggling but then they weren't the best team in the league when he got promoted last season.
