Hello managers of the USA,
This is my speech for my candidacy to be U21 manager.
I own a team in league II.3 called "Resultante Importante" which started its journey in mid season 4. After making semifinals in the playoffs the same year, in season 5 my team had 22-0 in normal season and just lost a game in the finals before being champions. In season 6, with a result of 21-1, again my team was champions and we advanced to the current league that I am in. Right now, it has been a while (3 seasons) since I am in league 2, every year making the playoffs but not promoting to NBBA yet.
I don't claim to be the best manager in the world, however I do believe I have a tactical talent in me that I can guess the best combination of defense-offense possible in each game and use my squad as good as possible. Of course, this time I want to bring success to USA U21 team which has a great potential obviously. U21 is very important for the future success of the national team so I want to be as helpful as I can in promoting right training to youngsters in U21 team. If given the chance to be U21 manager, I would like to spend time to work coordinately with the national team manager JuicePats to improve both teams.
