is there any chance to change the time in the game? Im from Iceland and the time here is 23:15 now and same goes for the BB time for all my friends, but for me the time in BB is 16:15 or 7 hours behind the real time :/

if anyone knows how to fix this it would be great

Sounds like your getting your IP from another time zone\country.

well this started few days ago after I formated and set up the windows and all that again

You just need to set your time zone to the correct location. Right click on the time in the lower right corner of your screen, select "Adjust Date/Time", click on the Time Zone tab, and select your location.

You'll need to logout and back in to BB for it to show the updated zone time.
