I picked up this player 32nd in the draft and he seems like a good player to me(but then again im sorta new to this), is he worth training and if so what sort of training should i do.

Experience: atrocious

I have already trained pressure once and he OD Popped, Any advice would be helpful

Very strong player. He can become great SG. He needs some one-on-one training and JS and OD of course:)

i would train the skills in an as even way possible. i would build a guard training regime around him and make sure you buy a few more guard trainees. than i would train 1 skill, until it popped for all the players once and than move to another skill, that way the skills develop evenly and you avoid insane salaries...

thats how i always do it. makes my team much more hard to beat when everyone is balanced.
