I've been playing BB for some time now, and the main part of the time I can't get the hang of is the offensive flow. Can anybody give me some advice how to push this part of the team? Is it via the passing skill of the point guard?

Study Larry Brown's teams:) He wants his players to "play the right way" all the time.
