having an enthousiasm of 2 also certainly must hurt if you play a normal team with enthousiasm of 5.
Maybe he had even higher enthousiasm, or he might have crunch timed this game...
I think many of the not-so-understandable losses are due to the combination of enthousiasm/TIE or CT from both teams. Even though the effect was reduced a little, I think it still has a prety high impact.
I also believe Crunch Time is there for teams that need 1 win desperatly. If your enthousiasm is 2, you probably have played CT a few times already. You can't expect to crunch against a team, and hope to win all the rest as well when your team is not that much better then the rest...
CT is there for a game you need to win so much, that you are willing to sacrifice the next match for it, you will still be able to win, but if you meet a team only little less strong than you, you probably will lose...
You also can't expect to be able to crunch against all teams that are (a little) better than you, and then hope to win the rest of the games by playing normal... That's not the way it works, even though many think it is ment that way. It would not only be too easy, it would also force everyone to CT every game, since the stronger team needs CT too because he knows he'll play a CT-ing team if he plays a lesser team, and he needs to CT himself when facing a stronger team.
They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
