I would like to see a limit on the amount of players you can buy or sell. This would further limit day trading. More importantly, I have seen managers start with 12 players at the beginning of the season and by the end of the season, they end up with 12 completelly new players. To me, this does not make any sense. For these 2 reasons I think that it would be a good idea to limit selling and purchasing players to 3 transactions, in total 6, and no limit on firing players. This would give you about 25% in roster change per year.
What do you think?

I think it's a really bad idea tbh. I don't really think there's anything wrong with day trading but that's a different discussion altogether. The Fan Survey (and hence how many fans come to your games) reflects the constant changing of players already. Since there's no limit on real sport's teams, there shouldn't be a limit here.

we already have a soft cap for this, because the taxes raises pretty fast if you have lot of transactions..

but especially for new players it is improtant to have the possibility to make a lot of transfer, because the starting rooster ain't everytime "good" or "fitting" to the way you like to play.

I like the system as is, I think it works well. The taxes mount quickly if you actually 'day-trade'. However I dont think there is anything wrong with finding a bargain on the TL, training him a 2-4 weeks and selling him for a nice profit. The Transfer market is a big part of this game and the strategy involved, and your suggestion would cripple the TL part of this game.

The system's good as it is but we shouldn't day trading! So, what about having only two transfer periods? As it is in the real-life? One transfer period is in the off-season and the other could last one or two weeks in the middle of the season...

This will never work. because the teams with more money will get all the good players and the teams that don't have as much money wont get good players, then they will have to wait 7-8 weeks before they can buy players, in witch the richer teams will have more money again and buy more good players and good draft picks that managers put on the TL.

CrazyEye is spot on. New teams need to twist their initial rosters. Allwoing only siome teams (new, lowest two divisions - whatever) would be a solution cause: only some teams capale of buying > modified proces (lower) > no quality players on market > technically no transfers at all except garbage players and possible misclicks > new teams stuck with what they have - bad

Current system is decent enough.

The only disadvantage of the current system is that it allows day-trading. So, you could put a limit as like: If you buy a player you will have to wait about 3-4 weeks to put him on the list again.

Not going to happen. If you're able to make profit while reselling at 83% and having one category of the Fan Survey permanently shot, more power to you. The BB team does not plan to eradicate trading from the game completely.
