With 5:32 to play in the second quarter of my game tonight the commentary said...

Dario Olmos goes up strong for an inside shot as Maayan Shomron rotates over to help defend the play.

... but Maayan Shomron is not on my (defending) team - he is on the same team as Dario Olmos. Indeed, after the basket is scored, Shomron is credited with the assist.

Commentary error.
