שימו לב:לסטאמינה ,ניסיון ועונשין יהיה משקל בהחלטות.
בעונה הזאת יהיה דגש מאוד רציני על קליעה.זה משהו שנהיה חייבים להתמקד בו יותר מהרגיל.

עוד הערה לגבי סמולרים.
עמדה חשובה מאוד וקשה לאימון.
אנחנו שואפים לשחקנים בעלי יכולת פנים גבוהה.
לפחות 8 בקליעה ריבאונד והגנה פנימית.
לשחקנים כאלה תהיה עדיפות עליונה.
חשוב שתכונות החוץ שלהם יהיו גבוהות מספיק כדי שנוכל להפיק מהם ת המקסימום.

I believe you need to rethink the players you’re developing. I saw the NT you coach a few years back when I replaced you for a few weeks and saw all the holes in your team then. I also see how you are asking for players to be developed how the NT will never grow to be one of the top teams as there is no real SF that you will develop.

Maybe it’s me but I believe part of your job is to develop future players for the NT as well. It should not be just about the U21 team willing. Personally I would rather see the U21 team struggle and the right players being developed so the NT can become one of the best team out there.

In my opinion. You need to have your SF be able to score and defend from both sides of the ball. If he had 9 ID/OD and 9 IS/JS with 8 REB is more impressive then a SF who can shoot the ball. Also maybe you missed it but rebounding has become more of a team thing of late, so saying having rebounding is a bonus is a pity. Tell them it should be level four. If they have a 1 or 2 and they are good enough to make the roster then obviously you take them but you need to start opening your eyes to the NT needs in the future and also realize you need some better all around players as well and stop treating it like if they have it fine but we don’t really need it. This is not your team this is the U21 NT. So you should try and develop the best Israeli players for now and the future instead of just trying to win today. Maybe thats just me.

Since you are the one in touch with the coaches you can ask them to train a week here or there to help build the proper players we need. Some coaches will help you and some will not. As I am in touch with the coaches of the NT players who are owned by foreign teams I know that there are coaches who will disregard what is good for us and others are trying to help as much as possible.

אני משקיע על הנבחרת יותר זמן מהקבוצה שלי.
השחקנים מתפתחים.יש הרבה כישרון.

בינתיים עוברים לבוגרת רק שחקנים טובים ובעתיד יעברו שחקנים עוד יותר טובים.

מסכים איתך מאוד על עמדת הסמול.
אבל אין לנו כזה באופק.
אנשים לא לוקחים על עצמם אימן כזה. זה מאוד קשה ולא כל אחד מתאים לזה.
מי כמוני היה רוצה סמול פורוורד אמיתי עם יכולות פנים גבוהות אבל אין כזה ואני צריך לאלתר שחקנים אחרים לעמדה הזאת.
אם היה זה מאוד היה עוזר לי.

כנ"ל לגבי שחקני אולארונד.משתדלים לשדרג אותם כמה שיותר.
בגלל זה אנחנו עוברים כל עונה על הדראפטים ומסמנים את הטובים ביותר.

אשמח אם תיתן כמה הצעות ייעול שיכולת לעזור לנו.

I have been working with Ehud on the NT. Our biggest problem is the older players are barely improving and the younger players have to many problems. You need to make sure the coaches who are training players understand what we are looking for.

I never said it was easy to get a good SF. But when your asking for 12 JS 12 OD and 5 IS and 6 ID. Then you will never get a good SF either. You need to make people understand. You need to make the specifications for SF be reasonable. Which they currently are not. You should start asking for a manager to train a SF with the minimum requirements. Such as 8 JS 5-7 JR 8 OD 4-7 Han 4-7 Driv 4-7 Pass 8 IS 8 ID 7 Reb 3-4 SB 4-6 Stam 4-8 FT. Depending on what the player starts with he can then make those numbers as there is nothing that is that hard of a reach. Then you can use this player as he fits into your system. As the player gets older he can improve on the more key stats for SF such as JS, OD IS, ID and Reb.

That is a reason why i never ran for the U21 NT job as i did not want that responsibility. You ran for the second or third time and are once again the man in charge. So it is your job to make sure the players are developed to their max ability. I don't see that happening.

As for going through the draft and looking at the future players. I personely think that is despicable. If a coach wants to train a player or transfer list a player it is his right. He does not need you to tell him he is good or not. You should start working and getting the players to the highest level instead of wondering if coach X will train this player or not.

על הצלחתו בקמפיין האחרון ועל היותו מי שהוא

אין רע בלשפוט או להגיד את מה שאנחנו אומרים פה בפורום
בשביל זה הוא קיים
אבל אני בטוח שאם נעלה פה איזשהו רעיון אחר
הוא יהיה ישים
הבעיה היא שלרובם פשוט נח
להעביר ביקורת,
אני בטוח שקשה לעבוד מול מאמנים ולנסות לכוון אותם מה לאמן
אבל תכלס, מה עושים בכדי ליצור נבחרת בוגרת טובה עם סגל שיכול להתמודד מול הגדולות
מה עושים בשביל לבנות סמול מספיק ורסטילי?
מה עושים בשביל לגרום למאמנים לאמן את מה שצריך ואו לספק את השחקנים הדרושים לבוגרת?

פה צריכה להמדד הצלחתה של הנבחרת הצעירה
ולא בעליה לשלבים הבאים
אז מה עושים?

This thread is not about what a good or bad job Yehuda is doing. It was about what is needed to be on the U21 team. So i responded from my point of view. Those are the issues i see with what he requested and what is needed in the future.

Is it better to have a really good U21 team and a not so good NT or the opposite. If done properly we can have both. The way i see it and i'm speaking as 1 person. Yehuda has to be willing to let coaches train there players to be more well rounded.

It is great to have a PG with 11-14 in JS, JR OD, Hand, Driv, and passing. It would be nice if that player could do any of the three reb Is or ID. great to have when playing outside not when playing Inside or guarding an Inside team

That is my point.

גל אני חושב שקני הסביר מה לדעתו צריך לעשות.
ולא צריך בכל פעם שיש ביקורת בונה לבקר את המבקר, זכותו לבקר.
