I think we should be allowed to have scrubs subbed in to foul an opposing player who has horrible free throw shooting. I see some players in my league who shooting close to 60% from the field but are less than 40% from the line. If I were a general manager I would instruct my coach to NEVER let that cat take a jumper without fouling him.
Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.
