Last season in this league I placed in the fourth playoff spot in my conference, but after losing I noticed what I needed to change and heres my advice to the newcomers:
1. Make sure your players are in top form(stamina, shape)
2. Players with experience (vets) are a plus
3. DO NOT GO OVER THE CAP! xD
4. pick your games tactics wisely (I put effort in my last few games and it turned out bad as my players were tired in the playoffs)
5.pay attention to the games you've played(see where you lack or where your opponent continues to thrive and improve that area)
6.Pay attention to staff salarys(they get a raise each week)
7.Hire a high leveled doctor(will prevent some injurys from occurying or heal them quick)
