I am training a player with star potential who is 21. Although he played for 9 weeks at least 48 minutes in the required position, he had no skill up. In the bug forum they told me that the player has reached its skill cap due to its potential (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thread=116134&m=1). I am not that profound with the rules. And I still think that it is odd, that a 21 year old player with star potential doesn't develop anymore. I have trained players with all star potential far higher than this guy.

I am not sure what I should do now. I invested like half a season of valuable training in that guy. Shall I quit training him completely? Shall I try to raise his primary skills at least once more? Does anybody has advice or first hand experience in that matter?

Stats of the player:
Manuel López (6884046)
Age: 21
Potential: Star

Jump Shot: sensational
Jump Range: prolific
