Anybody have an idea of how much training you get for less than 48 minutes??
I ask cuz we only got 2 games this week and well a lot of guys are gonna end up with partial, not full 48.
Is it like a % based on how many minutes you played??? So like if you played 23 minutes is that 23/48ths of full training? If you played 24 minutes is that like 1/2 as much as a full training???
Or is it just any player who gets a minute in that position gets like 1/2 training or something? Like if a guy played a minute at that position(had 3rd string guy end up getting a minute) does that mean 1/48 of full training (which is probably 0, depending how detailed the sublevels are) or like 1/2 of training or like a default .0001 (whatever the lowest denomination of the subratings is)???
I know people talk about subratings, but I just wonder if you train an older player, low potential, not right size, limited minutes, team training etc.. and they are do for a reallly really gradual increase are they gonna just not increaes AT ALL, or is their a really really minute sublevel boost rating that is like detailed to the .01 level so a specific training pattern might take 100 weeks to pop, but will still in theory eventually pop?
I ask for this reason- Should I try to get guys over 48 this week or just go for 4X minutes for the same group of guys I would be getting 48 with in a 3game week?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or insites from game developers, fellow players and vets.
