Will it be worth using 3 training spots out of 6 on 20yo trainees next season, or should i splash out on some 18/19yo trainees next season?

Is training an 18/19yo a lot more profitable than a 20yo to the extent that 20yo's should not really be trained?

I understand that data may be a bit weak on this issue, but i'm sure somebody can give me a bit of advice :)

20 year old players seem to train just fine.

I've trained rebounding on the whole team this week. Just for one week. My 19yo Center/PF has popped to strong, my 23yo PG has popped to average and my 27yo SG has also popped - to pitiful!
