What do y'all consider the standard hierarchy with staff, that is, which is most important and so on.

I'm thinking: Trainer
Doctor
PR

I'm asking because, earlier in the season I went and signed Level 4s on all of them and I'm starting to wonder
if I could get away with signing a Level 2 PR guy instead.

Nice thinking! first shoot then think (like far west movies)

If you never a player injured....you could save money with your lv1 doctor
In my opinion, for a newbie, most important is trainer

I was gonna say something about being American, but looks like you are, too.

Anyway, I snagged all of them because I had the money, but didn't quite realize how fast
the salaries go up. That doesn't mean I wasn't thinking, it means I wasn't fully informed
before making a decision.

In all actuality, I have about $550K and am clearing about $40K a week as it is, so it's
not like I'm in eminent danger of going in the red.

In my opinion, for a newbie, most important is trainer

That's all neat and dandy, so much so, that I listed it first in what I considered importance.

What I'm really wanting to know is, do y'all think I can go from a Level 4 PR guy to a Level 2
without a major difference in marketing (which is kinda low anyway, too many foreign players, as I prefer winning
to selling T shirts) and fan survey?

The salaries of the staff increase each week. You donĀ“t need to change a level 4 staff member by a level 2 one to save money, but you can take a look to the staff transfer list when the wages reach an expensive level and replace a level 4 staff member by a cheaper one of the same level.
Best regards.

if you hav full attendence for games, and your lvl 4 PR still give you low income, you can get off with a lvl 2
you can even pick a specialty and pay less

i upgraded my PR to lvl4 this season because i wanted more people to come to my games, and better merchandising.
actualy, it worked pretty good.

but if your PR doesnt worth the extra sallary you can employ a cheaper one.

BTW, i still use a lvl2 doctor, and suffered no injuries for the past 2 seasons :)
