I’m not sure if this has been discussed, but I’m trying to increase the ID of my C and my PF as fast as possible. I’m thinking about playing my C and PF for 48 min for the Saturday game, and then swapping them and have my C play the PF position and my PF play the C position for 48 min for the Tuesday game. I realize my GS will be affected, but if I train ID for PF/C, will this give me double the ID training for the week for each player?

48 is the maximum number of minutes that counts toward training. Getting a player 48 minutes will get him 100% of training. Anything above 48 does not matter, except for game shape.

So you’re saying that if my C plays 48 min at the center position AND 48 min at the power forward position in the same week, and I train ID for C and PF, my C will not get training “credit” for both 48 mins at C and PF positions? So I won’t get double the training for ID?

Correct. Once he has played 48 minutes at the position/s that you train he´ll receive full training. No extra bonus.
The extra minutes only count for game shape.
