This guy is for sale... Hope someone that has room to train him will take him on board... He is a backup U21 player and if trained well maybe one day make it into the NT... He is only 20...

Dwight Young (8150923)

I made a little research about English young prospects and I found that some of them are in inactive, going to become bot, teams. So I'll post them here so that they can be rescued (some of them are more valuable then others).

Patrick McCann (12507231) Goes bot at 4th February
Kingsley Eliot (12591568) Goes bot at 12th February
Andy Parslow (11994933)Goes bot at 15th February
Shaun Dwyer (11617176) Goes bot at 14th February

There's not any high potencial player, but all these four can help the U21 NT in some seasons. Maybe one or another could be rescued

PS: The dates are six weeks after the last login. I think that this is the correct form of doing it, but correct me if I'm wrong

Thanks Vasco...

That is a very helpful post.

We have only 1 problem :) Our squad is at the moment full and as I am sure you know dropping and than adding players will hurt the enthusiasm.

I do think that I should drop 1 or 2 and add 1 or 2 off these guys, even if it hurts enthusiasm. Right now we cant win anything, but maybe in the future with the help off these guys when they are trained well, we stand a chance...

I will post this info on our federation and ask the more active players who they think we should try and save for the U21 and perhaps future NT...

In case you could save 2 players. Which ones would you you keep? Your opinion is very much appreciated.

My first choice would be Kingsley Elliot. 7.6k per week is a lot for a rookie, and since he is a SF, is potencial will only hurt him +7- at 22 or 23 years.

The second choice is more difficult. I would go with Parslow, with McCann right behind, and Dwyer in the bottom.

PS: I don't know if elboss wants to do it, but he can also add these guys so they don't go retired. Maybe we could save all these four

I'd agree with that, ranking eliot, mccann, parslow. I'm SF training at the moment, can create a training slot and have money in the bank, so might be able to help here :-)

I could probably create a training slot also, for a SG/SF type player. Incidentally, Andrew Nugent is coming on nicely, but this year's recruit, Jody Muckian, is finding it really difficult to put in the minutes to train in outside positions. Every time I try to get him trained outside, coach leaves him on the bench almost all game - even when he's a starter.
