Sorry for the likely stupid question. I can see how to place an add for scrimiges (though not having a link for that on the scrimmages page itself is crazy - very non-intuitive).

How can i see who's LOOKING for scrimmages so i can actually challenge them?

Look in the box on the bottom left corner of the Manage My Team page.

Another way of doing it is to click to see who is online then see if they have booked a scrimmage yet. Then send out 4 or 5 invites and u usally get someone to accept pretty sooon.
