With the new silly change, we maybe need to make new changes in arena proportion - and maybe it would be even fine for future to have a oppurtunity to correct faults - maybe we could make this in future without full cashback. because even the deconstruktion, today have to made as wild guesses because we don't have the time to prepare us for it.

Personally I like to see that I can sell my seats for this full cash even if it isnt so much realistic or whatever, but I think that there have to be a lot, means a LOT of waiting before the construcion company will bring the money back, because nobody likes to give money back to the customer.
