Thats the beauty of democracy, or would you rather prefer a system that takes away your personal freedom?

if you have three candidates and those three persons vote themselves how should the result be manipulated that way if their votes are forfeited? it is still important how the others vote, so your suggestion is useless.

OR did you want to say that domestic managers have the right to vote while foreign managers are not allowed to vote?

Having right to vote makes sense - model situation: everytime new countries are added to BB world bunch of foreign managers suddenly want to be their coaches. Often, those countries have none or very few domestic managers by the time elections take place. Its is pretty normal situation that one of the domestic managers win the vote by his vote. If he is the only one voting that make sense otherwise no vote would be counted and some foreign manager which registered to BB before other candidtes did would win ba default - although there is one willing domestic manager who would like to lead their national team. Despite it may not be the best choice for the country I think that the domestic manager voting for himself/herself winning is fair.

getting the coach without votes, just because you play it longer then anyone in the country sounds unfair for me too. And this country usually loose the, how long did you play tie breaker.

For the record that was not a suggestion, playing longer as a tiebraker is a current state.

and also my point , so why giving the old foreign teams the power in the no vote land isntead of the active home team ;) I think if you are unable, to get your vote you didn't deserved it, and then i like a home team more. And there are alot silly campaign, especially in the land where this single vote make the difference.
