There is small discussion on Czech forum about loaning players again:)

There is problem with that if managers could have players on loan, they could corrupt and handle with them, so they could have players like on private farms, where they would be trained.

However If there would not be possible to get any kind of training for loaned player, you are free to do whatever you want. Imagine that you would like to send away any player for a season, so he will not suck your cash by high salary. He can play in another team, get some experiences, he will never get any training by this way, but you are free to use him again after that season will end.

you need a second market for it, so that you get the priced controlled and in my eyes this won't make much sense for the owners to loan their players. In how many cases, you get rid of your players, but will like to have then next season back, especially must player are changeable so you could sell them and buy a pretty similiar next season.

On the other side you coul d rent a championship team cheap, and get crunshed in the upper division because the players are running out and you couldn't afford new one.

I think there are also some other problemlos like it, who had to be solved which sounds for a lot of work for a change whith few upsides in my eyes.

Well, this is the only possible solution if there would be the interrest. For me would be good dilema to consider if spend any money for the loan, so that I would have that player only for a sort time, but he will be free with no refund. Or buy a one - and have him as long as I want, then sell.

The market would be like - the money you bid for him will not get the club, but the player by himself (like on staff market).

In the world where you can spend like twice more money for a salary from season to season it makes sense to send away someone for a while. I think.

If you are willing to pay full time salary for every single one GM to investigate each loan agreement so maybe you would get it... This would take 10 hours/day time investigating if loan was fare or not in all the aspects... It`s just too much cheating possibility.

This is my personal opinion.

True. The bidding system should be like who will bid first, will win. And there should be manually setted prices for every type of player. It is the complication, indeed

in this case you don't have a control, and you could easily get player from team x to y, you need just to chat.

If they implent it, hopefully with a similiar system like they do on the transferlsit.

Dam, this is not the solution either. But if it would be like on TL, the prices would be very variable, depended on time when you put that player on loan. You know that were and is the problem to have fair prices on TL, imagine the problems with loaning players.

I think that loaning would come on waves, because mostly would put the players there a teams, which would be kicked off from the national cup or B3, because they would not need so many players for the rest of the season...

So the solution would be possibly that if you put a player on loan market, he will occur there on random time in the next 3 days or so.. So you can chat with that guy, but he will not know when the player would be there. Also there should be the condition that team cannot have more than 1 loaned player in the team (so cannot boost his team easily only by everyday waiting on loan market) and can put to the loan market as many players as he want (because I dont see there any complication)

The only way I would see this happen is if there was a system similar to the NBA D-League, so we could send players with less than 3 years exp. or maybe under 21 yrs old to a farm team (user controlled or maybe a bot) where they could be developed.

why would i lend a player that wont train for a whole season? if you dont need him for the current season sell him and use the money to buy a similar at the beginning of the next one - there is plenty of supply...
