but changing up the training routine so some of my games will be walk overs.
Do you mean fielding less than 3 players or do you just mean putting in a sub-par line-up?

if you decide to do a walkover, would you mind notifying the team (or at least me when playing against me) so that i won't hurt my training too much? it would be much appreciated.

I think you are confusing people because you are not really going to play a walkover in the BB sense. You are just not going to play your best line-up for training purposes.
I was confused at first... I was trying to figure out how that would help with training. But now I think I get it.
