js is more important and essential. that being said, difference between js and os shouldn't be high. if js is 10, os 7-8 will be ok. os higher than js is kinda waste of training.

Jump shot will get you a pop in Jump shot first then any other skill it trains. Outside shooting will get you a pop in Jump Range first then any other skill it trains.

I see what you mean but training JS doesn't necessarily lead to a pop in JS before one in JR. The one gives you pops more often but the other one can happen earlier. Depends on the sub-levels.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Just a question here that ties into the whole "jumpshot" thing.

Ok so I have a player who is labeled with "Power Forward" as his best position, but I play him at Small Forward in games. I want to train his Jumpshot Range, which is at (1) so that it will be better. Does this mean I'd have to set the jumshot training to "Forwards" or would "Wingmen" do because I play him at small forward rather than Power Forward?

The suggested position does not come in to training at all. It is only the position he plays that counts. So you could train JumpShot for Forwards and any player that plays any amount of minutes at either position (Small Forward or Power Forward) will receive training. The amount of training received is dependant upon the minutes played. 48 minutes must be played for full training.
