Hi,

so how often do you get scouting reports because I've payed 20k and it's been 2 weeks and so far no reports.

only at end of year when its draft time

You get all your draft info at the end of the regular season. Then u have a couple of weeks to rank your players before the draft takes place after the playoffs.
