like the title says, which is better overall -- training 2 players 45 minutes each or 1 player 48+? (assuming similar age/skill levels.) & to anyone that says 2 players, what's the least number of minutes you'd still do it for? (say only 40 minutes each maybe? )

of course i'm aware that there's a big drop off / penalty anything under 48. still it seems like such a waste... getting only 3-5 minutes of training vs. getting another player at least 40... also so easy now with the new def. matchups to play out of position slightly (swap pf & center, sg & sf, etc...)

i go for 2* 45, too. With single position training i would switch to a plan B with two position training, which you should always consider when managing the mminutes.

thanks. i was undecided between having 4 players all 48+ minutes, or just 3 players 48+ minutes with 2 players 43-45 minutes. always thought the 2 * 45 was better myself. just wanted to see what everyone else thought...

my logic was that even if they only get 70% (?) training, it's still better than 1 guy at 100% + the other guy at 0% (70+70 > 100 + 0 ... flawed thinking?)

i expect then to get more then 70% training, maybe ~85%, in the past days 43 or 44 minutes was my point where i give up minutes from other player to lineup the players again but they are also different values around.
