Hello -

I have been playing BB since April - and I thought I had it going on (!) . . . right up until I got promoted this season. I am getting absolutely drubbed in a IV league. I do not understand it as I believe my players are in the middle of the pack for this league (according to BB Stats and Buzzer Beater information at least). But on the court, I cannot get it done . . . consistently giving up 4th quarter leads or never being in the game at all.

A few questions . . ..

1) I am trying to train Cs and PFs through 2 position training all season. I have 6 (more actually) players that are worth training - and I have prioritized 4 of them (so 48 minutes for the 4, whats left for whom is left). I have been rotating players per game . . . so 1 PF will get 48 minutes a game, another 48 the next game, etc. Is it possible that doing this at two positions every game is causing my problem? Obviously, IRL, my C and PF would be dead at the end of these games . . . but I have been under the impression until know that in BB it did not matter. Thoughts on that?

2) I would LOVE to get some help from someone who has been around here longer than me. I really would like to get some thoughts on how to further develop my team. If anyone is interested in either a one time look - or at working with me for a season, I would really appreciate it.

3) I am also considering selling the key players on my team to focus on 1 position training in hopes of supporting the US National Team (I REALLY want to get some players on the National Team - that is a huge goal for me). If I would do that, when would be the best times to find young, high potential players on the market? I am assuming that the best time to sell top players is between the all-star games and the end of the season . . . would that be the time to look for young, trainable kids as well?

I am one of those 'old, geeky dudes' (late 30s unfortunately) who has become terribly addicted to this game . . . any advice to help me on the road to further success would be highly appreciated!! I certainly hope that I can repay your gratitude by beating you in one of the top leagues in a few seasons!
