No they are hidden all u can do is guess.

You can also put player's skills in salary calculator and see the difference. If it's big you can assume that some (important for player's position) sublevels are quite high. But it only works at the beginning of the season or when player didn't get any training in current season (sometimes guess, sometimes not).
