When you are doing guard training
some types of training (pressure for example) trains PG/SG
some types of training (jumpshot for example) trains guards

Is there a difference between these 2 types of trainings? If not, why are they labelled differently?

guards = PG and SG

It is labelled differently because when you do JS training for guards you have to train both PG and SG

But when you do pressure training you can choose to focus on only one position like PG or do 2 position PG/SG or 3 positions PG/SG/SF
