Are the draft players for division one generally better than division two?

If not this might be one way to make teams promote rather than like hattrick where some teams stay one division lower to make their team ready for top four place in a higher league.
As we are on these topics, how are spectators perception of higher prices in higher divisions?

Sometimes I think, sometimes I don't

To answer your question, nope. :)

I think spectators perceptions of higher prices has only to do with our your team does. However, you won't fill a bigger arena at D IV.

i don't think the BB will sweeten the pot at the top because it will increase the difference between the best and the worst. The rich will get rich I think is the term used.

there has to be a difference between div 1 and div 4 games.

imagine its like comparing nba and nbdl games even worst is and1 games,

another is watching div 1 ncaa ball over a div 4 ncaa team.

its not sweeten but its a fact because its has to be so much better to watch.

the difference should let other teams respond, its like in real life. . . you want to be rich then start being a winner!

i know its harsh but you cant be left off in competition!

I agree with you, but then it will make the mountain to the NBBA from Division V. or VI. seem unsurmountable to a new play (5 or 10 seasons down the road)

I am not telling you the way it should be, but the way it is. :)

Just to counter for first point though (for the sake of the discussion)

[qthere has to be a difference between div 1 and div 4 games.]

There will be eventually, but in this years cup a D IV team made it to the final! All the talent has yet to rise to the top, so while your suggestion might not be the best idea right now, I agree it should be implemented down the road. I mean come on, LeBron James is not going to play in the D-league for 3 years until he goes to the NBA!
