Hi guys... been only playing this game for maybe less than 3weeks now and still groping my way in at least familiarizing myself with the game. However, my main concern right now is TRAINING, since i pretty much was able to comprehend the other aspects of the game.

How does training work? Someone told me that training happens only once in a week? Monday to be exact... say for example i set my training in Team Training - Game Shape on sunday will that be the training that will be executed for Monday schedule? Then i have, again to pick a training regimen on tuesday? right after the monday training schedule?

I am really quite confuse. Help please...

training happens on friday about 5 AM Boston time. Whatever you set as training as of the moment training takes place will be the training for that particular week. Then you can change your regimen any time during the week until next friday.

yes indeed. the training setup that u have set as last will be the one it will take into account.

at the moment training results are shown in Spain for the UK league about 1 hour later. Not sure whether the training starts later so best to keep 5 am boston time as guideline

so i should train and set my optimum line-up for training 1day before the training schedule... for the meantime i could change my roster and line-up in playing scrimmages and official games?
