I'd switch them both to guard training to make small forwards. First I'd pump Dullavin's OD to respectable or strong, then I'd do 1on1 and jump shot forward training for the rest of his trainable life. And team free throw training next week for sure.

Yeah though if he wants to continue train them in big man skills, they're also a bit too short to be effectively trained so its better he switch to make them more rounded players

Why on earth would you make them small forwards? Neither of them have the OD to have that make any sense at all and the first guy does not have a good enough jump shot. You'll spend a full season getting them up to Strong OD given their heights.

I would just go with trying to make them well rounded PFs given their pretty decent secondary skills. I would get their ID up a few levels and then concentrate on the secondaries while they're still young.

hey...

I would train them as a PF or a SG with decent inside skills. I have been training guards since I started the game. Training OD is the slowest skill to go up and inept and pitiful, are really not worth training up. In my opinion... 20 is actually even too old to start OD training. If you want to make SF you should train OD when a player is 18 and 19 and not at 20 and 21...

i like to start with OD too, but if you amke the other training first, you'll be finished at the same time ;)

Your first player should be switched to a PF. Just focus on passing and driving to respectable and jump shot to strong. Then train ID to proficient and SB to strong.

Your second player should stay a PF since he is 20 and making him a SF is too late. Focus on passing and handling till they both hit maybe respectable.

Hope this helps :)

lol mixed responses... havent cleared it up at all... was going to make them both SF but after some rants.. not too sure... bit too short to be C/PF...

what do you think about them both being PFs?? Still's jumpshot is already good... and Dullavin's Handling is not too shabby... get a few levels of JS + Passing + handling... would they be good PFs with some useful secondaries (especially JS)? well depends on how it goes, P.Still can be turned into inside oriented SF...
