I speak to name of one friend (the name of its team is PIEVE A NIEVOLE BASKET) of mine that doesn't succeed in being connected to the site. I have made him clean a pò of memory and cookie and it don't enter with firefox of it of it with ie.
this is the error that appears:

Hello I'm From Bulgaria. I'm writing to you because our national U21 coach can't log in to the site. He is corect user and he never break the rules. If he could not access the site, He would not be able to set the tactics for the national team game tomorrow. I will waiting for your answer. He cleen up his cash and cookies. He was trid with 2 different browsers. Please check his account as soon as possible. His nickname is atanasovvv

What's the reason why he can't login? Did he get an error message? Did he lose his password?

"Your team is not created" when he took a new password shows this message "invalid username"

Are you saying that when he tries to log in with his username and password, it says "your team is not created" by the box at the top? Is this the standard text when you use the wrong username or password in bulgarian?

Are you saying that it shows the "invalid username" error on the reset password page?

Please have him try logging in one more time now to see if it works.

Still not working. It shows "Your team has not been created yet" when he click Change password - show "Invalid Username"

The problem seems to be solved now. I could successfully log in. Thank You for the quick solution and keep up the good work with he BB-site...

Hello everyone I'm here because I have a problem with my team (48910) since last week I try to connect and tells me there are errors in your password or login but i put the right ones and I received no email from buzzerbeater to change its password or Ban Can you help please... just the other night I had sold my playmaker for 800,000 so thanks for help me
