At the end of each season there are either U21 or NT coach elections in each country (NT were the past season so at the end of this season there will be U21 elections). You can sign up for a country that isn't yours. You go to the elections page for the country you want to run in and sign up. Then you go to the forums and there are "speeches" and "debates" in threads. Then all the active managers from each country can vote for their choice.
