He's well rounded, so its up to you what to do. But don't forget about his age. If he was two years younger he'd be a valuable trainee. But now he is just good enough o make some money with him after this season.
I would keep training him at JS, OD, HA, PA equally and sell him after the season. Get new (and younger trainees) in the draft or/and on the TL next year.

he's still a valuable trainee... he's only 20... and he came into BB when he was 19

yeah he is still valuable, forget about making a no defense guards the rest could be different (passfirst lesss shooting training), Shooter(lots of range and JS) or a combo guard(nearly everything)

I personally like the combo most, but i think all of them could be used succesfull.

Well, you're right, he is still valuable. But it depends if he wants a long term trainee or a short term one. Though, since his age is 20 already ther are "more" valuable trainees around. Of course he is still worth it to set a training plan around him for a while. But from next season on I would arange the training primarily around a younger one.

Personally I'd focus on his passing and defense this year, then look for a scorer in the draft and/or on the TL after the season.

If you are trying to train and sell him I would concentrate primarily on his shooting skills, if you are developing him for your team I would build a well rounded guy as described above.

hes too old... and his salary at 4.7 wouldnt even cut it even if he was 18. dont worry so much about his potential since he will never be able to achieve it. might as well go after a younger trainee with better starting skill.

He is probably ok to train, but i agree that at 20 he will never reach the high expectations it sounds like u have for him.
