I agree- it does make sense- I mean, You're not gonna see Kobe pick off a pass in a Lakers Cavs game, then go up for the dunk after showing off for a bit maybe a between the legs pass "oh lets let all the defense get down there for a close up look", he'd break away with it as fast as he could, and if LeBron was faster, he'd block the shot.
