Hi there - can anyone tell me how and when a players wage increases ? I see all these top players with massive salaries but my trainees who are half decent are only earning $4-5k pw.

Speaking specifically to the second part of the question, player salaries update each offseason.

If you look at the "BB help programs" there is a salary calculator. It is not infinitely accurate, but it can give you an idea of what salaries you should expect next season

thanks for that - wasnt sure if salaries increased weekly like staff wages do.
