Hey all,

Quick question: I am in my first season and am trying to build up a balanced young squad. I have been training passing over the past few weeks.

I just want to know what would be the effect if I train 'One on One' for the whole team?

Also what properties will be affected when training Pressure?

Thanks in advance.

Don't train the whole team. One or two position training is much, much better.
Here's a list of what trains what and what the approximate times are:

Unless he had a team of players all under the age of a maximum 22-23 years roughly, then a team training schedule could be effective.
