From my experience the attendance will stay the same. On the PO will increase (more important games=more spectators)

if you don't hit the cap, they won't hurt your income ;) With a view to the cap, i would be careful with building to much bleachers.

the cap is around 20k seats for everyone, so it won't hurt you much ;)

But if you build tons of bleachers you could regret it when you reach that point - but there is also space left for this category in your palace.

Ill be in d3 next yr, but only starting my 3rd full season.

Don't anger the BuzzerBeater Gods, dude. I took a quick glance at your league, and you aren't even guaranteed to enter the playoffs as a 1-seed, given that you're playing the other 14-1 team on the road. Preparing for promotion is one thing; taking it as a given is another. Toward the end of last season I was sure I'd be promoting to DII, but I was swept in the league finals. I'm undefeated now, I *should* promote, and I'm trying to plan how I'll handle a possible promotion. But declaring that you're going to promote when it is certainly not a given is just setting yourself up for disappointment.

u can always enlarge ur stadium, because it will eventually pay itself back
but building unneccessary seat will stobbage ur growth (oppourity cost)

for ex
a bleacher charge $10 need 20 games to payback, while charging $20 only need 10games

nothing is constant in the supply and demand, but keep this in mind:
aim to have the stadium 90% full
lower price if u go over 80%
build seats when the oppourity cost is low(that means u know the seat will be taken)

ok ya i didnt know you mean the end cap of 20k, but might have been referring to some other 'cap' that happens for different divisions. I understand the basic principle of not wanting to go super high on bleachers because once i get to a higher division, i can fill more of the expensive seats. How would you approach that from my position though? Ill be in d3 next yr, but only starting my 3rd full season. I wouldnt expect to be able to fill more than maybe 1200 lower tier seats and maybe 300 courtside seats, so wouldnt i need a lot of bleachers to increase my income?

it depends lots on the prices ;) They give you a lot of flexibility in "size", even if a balanced reduction of the prices is probadly the best.

this isn't completly rigth, because a price reduction especially in the bleachers to fill the place affect the income in this category.

But it shows pretty efficient to target for low prices, and also put something back into the arena, so i won't say that it stop his developement - at least in germany the team who start to expand there arena pretty early ae the guys who are able to get from the fourth league to the second or one.
