Is there s connection between the the injury time , ( example 2 weeks ) and the lvl of the doctor ???

I mean , that , a injury could be 2 weeks with a doctor at lvl 2 , and in case of a doctor lvl 5 , this injury could be smaller ...????

Correct. The higher level the doctor, the less time it takes for player to recover from injury.

so , i had a lvl2 doctor and now i take one lvl5 , but my player is stil injured for2 weeks !

The effect of the doctor is mainly prior to the injury. If your get a higher level doctor after the injury there won't be much change at all.

Doctors help reduce the severity of player injuries, but if you buy a new lvl doctor, in you case lvl 5, this doctor will not have an big impact on player injury, he will help him to heal more quickly, but the effect is much smaller than the initial reduction in severity.

I had two players out with injury when I got a higher level doctor - they both came back faster than their initial injuries said - but on their first game back both were re-injured for 2 weeks... coincidence or something else going on there?

Coincidence, a higher level doctor wouldn't make then get hurt more regularly.
