Hey guys, I need a little bit of help I have been wondering to myself if I should personally make a training time-table for my trainee. My trainee (Connor Anderson) is said to be a PF but i would like to make him a PF or a SF, If i make a training time-table will this make him pop faster? Or will it make no difference, Like if i train him constantly on (Inside Scoring) will it effect how fast he pops and the other skills he pops in, in the future?

Please can you give me your opinions on what i should do and what position he should be,

Thanks alot Jezza :)

i believe it is a bit faster if you switch training regulary, because conencted skills play a small role in training speed. in the rules they mention that inside defence and Rebounds helps blocking for example.

Ahh thanks :)

I am going to do 1 position training, for the (C) and I will change the training every 2-3weeks.

That will be alright? Also i am going to train my player in mostly everything. :)

Will that be alright?

for a c concentrate on Rebounds, Inside Defence and Insideshot - the other skills have pretty low priority especially for an U21 team. If you like a bit of blocking integrate it in the beginning and forget it int he end but i don't think it is worth it.

Edit: i would start with his weakest skill till they catch up to the others, and then switch to the 2-3 weeks periods.
