can someone let me know how the ranking across the two divisions works? I am currently third in my division but the top 5 teams in the other division have better win ratios then me - will they therefore be seeded higher than me and so pick after me?

yes it goes by team record. if they have a better record then you, you'll pick before them.

if two teams are tied what is the metter then.. points or game against each other?
