Hey,
Reading the help forum, I notice that it is the same questions that keep getting asked week after week.
Perhaps we could put some sort of FAQ sticky in the Help Forum that answers the most common questions.
It would require someone, or a bunch of people, that have the time, knowledge and experience to do it (i.e. played 3 or 4 seasons).

Some questions could include:

How does training work?
When does training take place?
What are each of the defences and offences good at and bad at?
What makes training faster or slower?
What is the best training option?
What affects merchandise?
What is the best arena size for ** division?
Why is my player that I just bought not in my roster yet?
How does enthusiasm work?
How do I increase my TV contract?
How do I find other forum folders?
How does the draft work?
Why can't I see the draft yet?
How does staff and player salaries work?

And there are many more examples.
How often and by how much do salaries increase?

And perhaps, if it is possible, make it so that a player MUST read the FAQ page before they are able to post on the forums.
They would still be able to read the forum, but won't be able to post until they click on the FAQ questions thread.

Excellent suggestion!
If a guest (with obviously plenty of time!) visits the older threads of the Greek Help Forum, he 'll meet thousands of threads about draft, training and tactics!

I don't think anyone even needs to write anything. Most of these questions have been asked numerous times so its a matter of just going back through those old help posts and digging up the answers again and using them as answers for the FAQ

Maybe not make a FAQ in the forum, but in the menu. That way, more people would notice it. Great suggestion really, I were about to post the same suggestion here.
