A little bit. Could be sufficient to have slight boost on training if that player score 30 points or credite with 7 assists (depends on what he do, this would train faster).

It seems more realistic to me.

Actually I think the speed of pops is really good right now. Unlike in certain other management games where it takes several weeks to get a pop in anything you mostly get one every two weeks here. This is great. Fast enough to make it fun. The risk is that if it is made any faster there will be too many super players around. There are already an increacing number of ubermen and as the game gets older and older there will be more and more. We don't want every team to have a LeBron do we?

I agree.

If training is based even more slightly on perfs, teams that are more concentrating on competition and with better team will become even more difficult to challenge.
This would go against the efforts of teams doing their best for a long term strategy based on training.
Moreover, many factors are already implied on spedd training, such as events during matches.

The speed would be the same like now, but player should have to have any results to get that. And again - Im talking about slight speedup.. lets say primary skill during one phase training would pop by 1/12 faster or like that.

I think that would be benefit for weaker teams in low leagues, because they have a option to have better results on players which are at most respectable.

if training based on isngle palyer performances, teams will poo on the challenge and will more often give up games with "only" the trainees as good player, which will lead to great stats for them even if your team loose.
