they say that salaries change after all star and in off-season right? players who play often will have an increase... will players who don't play that often have their salaries decrease?

I don't think you can expect a decrease

expect a rather big increase, especially when you are used to HT (don't know if you are).
Don't be surprised if your overall salarycost would become 20% higher!

Its not how much playing time they've been given, its how much training they've been given.

Which doesn't differ much from the way it works in HT now, does it?

I think what LA-Lord of Doom was trying to convey was that the increase might be more than you're expecting if you're used to the wage increases in HT (actually, I think it depends on what level your HT trainees are -- HT wages can go up fast too).

exactly.
In HT you will know that a player you didn' train will not raise in wage.
Here this is not true !!

Why would a player I didn't train at all raise in wage?

One of the two statements in this post cannot be right, since the admins are on record for saying that there is no osmosis in BB.

So it's either based on the amount of training or it doesn't, which one is it?

Unlike HT, Stamina/FT training can raise wages, but a very small amount.

When tracking players for the USA NT, we came across several that rose $2-$10 or so.

Stamina affects wages in HT as well. Set pieces might soon.

hm,
when I received my team it was the end of last season.
I had the chance to train my players for 2 or 3 weeks before the salary raises.
I am positive I trained passing, and nothing else, and only PG and SG position, so the players I put at center, PF and SF did receive no training at all.
Yet ALL my player's, without exeption, had their wages raised.

There was absolutely no possibility most of the players received training, yet they all increased...

That is why I am saying that unlike in hattrick, payers' wages do raise, even if the where not trained.

My second and final wages raise I experienced I noticed another odity. Some players who did receive training in the meantime, kept their wage, while others, who also trained (I trained some weeks of FTs back then did raise. It came to my attention that the ones with low Game Shape didn't raise, while others did.

So far I can't explain why all this happened...

I plan to keep an eye out on my upcomming raises and try to find some pattern in it, since raises don't occur that often, it might take a while before I find out how it realy works...
